Our Future

• We believe God has a bright future in store for Hope Fellowship Church. We see Him producing mature disciples of Christ through the ministry of the church who will impact our part of the Northland area of KC for His kingdom. Making healthy disciple-makers is our greatest task.
• We envision the church showing numerical growth by reaching the non-churched and non-believers. This will be accomplished through an emphasis on friendship evangelism and increasing ministries to meet the needs of the people of our community.
• We expect to be involved in the planting of another NAB Conference church in the Kansas City area during the next 5 years.
• We believe God wants us to have a vital youth ministry to equip young people for life as they come to know Christ personally and are grounded in His Word. Chris Borkert, the Youth Pastor, was added to our staff during the summer of 2004.
• We envision our small group ministry continuing to expand. We expect it to provide the primary structure for building relationships to help us function as the family of God.
• We believe we have a great opportunity to be a positive influence on the lives of children of our community. For this reason, we are adding a part-time Director of Children’s Ministries to our staff September 1, 2007. We will also be launching Awana Clubs for children at the same time.
