Biography of Youth Pastor, Chris Borkert

I was raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado and was blessed to be brought up in a Christian home. In high school I was involved in a student-led ministry where God gave me a heart for youth ministry. I attended John Brown University, where I met my wife, Stefanie. Stefanie and I were married in August 2003. In May 2004 I received a Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministries.

Some people become youth pastors in order to become senior pastors some day... that's not me!!

My hobbies include hunting, fishing, hiking, and really anything outdoors.
