Our History

• 1985: Home Bible Study group began meeting.
• 1987: Official beginning as a "Church Planting Project" of the North American Baptist Conference (NABC), with Pastor Dennis Dewey, as the founding pastor.

  Meeting place: 7520 NW Waukomis Drive, Kansas City, MO.

• 1988: Charter members were received and the church was recognized as a member church of the NABC.
• 1992: The Church purchased a 6 acre tract west of Park Hill High School.

  Meeting place: Park University Chapel, Parkville, MO.

• 1996: The building project was completed and the congregation moved into the current location at NW Barry Road & N. Conant Avenue.
• 2003: Parking lot expansion was completed.

• 2004: Mr. Chris Borkert was added to our staff as our Youth Pastor.
